Please make sure to enter both the part number and invoice show exactly as they appear on the invoice/Fred Beans label, this includes any part prefixes i.e. “KM”, TL”, “XA” etc.

At the current time return requests cannot be processed on the same day as the invoice, you must wait 1 business day.  We are diligently working on a solution.

On August 15th, our email server crashed, so there were many “Approval Emails” that did not get sent.  If you did not receive your email, please send your confirmation number to returns@fbparts.com, and we will see that you get your approval.  If you do not have you confirmation number, please resubmit your request.
